Shipping Terms and Conditions

1. Smallwares and Light Equipment will ship UPS 3-5 day transit times.
2. Heavy equipment will ship common carrier, via drop shipment. 
3. Drop shipment will require the ability to offload shipment from the common carrier, carrier will not aid in offloading.
4. Customers without a loading dock or the ability to receive a drop shipment should choose the lift gate option.
5. lift gate deliveries will be offloaded curbside, customer is responsible from that point.
6. Customers located within a 50 mile radius of Baltimore should call for inside delivery and installation options.
